Dear sirs and/or madams
My name is Robin Lovitt-Bay and I’m a man who’s been fighting my wrongful conviction for over 22 years. I’m locked away because of an extraordinary combination of circumstances, a misleading presentation of forensic evidence and destruction of exculpatory evidence by state across, a case where no one will apply the law and give my life back. Now COVID-19 is the new thing that’s in play to take my life and you this law won’t put anything in writing that will help me. The laws in this state are not made to keep its people safe. The system is supposed to be fair and for the people, so I ask how do we fix the problem to minimize the risk of more people dying for no reason?
I sincerely hope that this nation will do what’s right to keep its people safe, all people.
